With significant experience in both the UK and the US, we have a track record of success. Most recently scaling a firm from £42m to £100m AUM before exiting at c3x the starting value.

M&A
We work with UK & US businesses doing £1-£10m in revenue. Most owners at this size struggle to sell their company when they come to retire.
We aim to simplify the sale and retirement process. We may invest via a minority stake, or conduct a full acquisition of the company.
Our aim is to provide owners with an attractive exit plan or retirement structure.

Investments
